MILFORD
Houston’s historic Museum District was primarily developed in the 1920’s and 1930’s, with homes being built around 2000 sq. ft. Shortly after our clients purchased this home within the district, they found the best option for expansion to be a tear down and rebuild. In 2001, they tore down the original structure, leveled the land and had their existing 4000 sq. ft home built. Our clients love to cook and entertain, so this rebuild was just what they needed to feel at home. As years have gone by, the time came to bring their kitchen up to date.
In 2017, we started with a kitchen remodel that quickly turned into updating the whole first floor. We wanted to give the home a cohesive feel and were able to accomplish the transformation just in time for holiday festivities. The floor plan is now open and welcoming, kitchen appliances as bold as the Brazilian Quartzite countertops, and most importantly our clients feel at home again!
